Accounts and orders

We process the name and email you provide, securely hashed login credentials, order records and payment status to operate your account and deliver your purchase. If you choose Google sign-in, Google shares basic profile information such as your name, email and profile image so we can create or identify your account. We do not receive your Google password.

Payments and email

Stripe processes payments; we do not store full card numbers. Cloudflare provides hosting, file storage and email infrastructure. Account and transactional emails support verification, password reset and purchase delivery.

TV and support information

The installation tool connects to your TV locally and stores its backup on your computer. Device details and screenshots you choose to email us are used to investigate your support request. Avoid sharing unrelated personal information.

Cookies and your choices

Necessary session cookies keep you signed in. With your permission, Google Analytics measures public page visits, setup checks, purchase clicks, checkout, confirmed purchases and download clicks. These events may include an opaque order identifier and product value, but never your email, TV model, password or verification links. We do not record account page views, and we remove URL query strings from analytics. Refusing analytics does not affect purchases or downloads. You can refuse or withdraw analytics permission using Cookie settings in the footer. This version does not use advertising tracking cookies. Email support@cleanyourtv.org to request access, correction or deletion of account information. Pending orders and necessary transaction records may need to be retained.

Your AI setup guide

AI guidance is optional. With your consent, your messages and a minimal diagnostic summary are sent to Kie and its model provider. We do not store chats in our database. Usage counters expire within two days and are removed on subsequent requests. Provider records follow their own privacy policies; clearing your chat does not delete those records.

Only model, operation, readiness and error code are shared automatically. IP addresses, device IDs, app lists and backup paths stay on your computer. Avoid typing passwords or personal data.
