Refunds for unsuccessful product use.
When this applies
If the purchased product cannot be used successfully, contact support by email and describe the problem. We review the reported use and discuss the refund with you.
How to request a review
Email support@cleanyourtv.org with your order number, purchase email, exact device model and a description of the issue. Do not email full card details.
After a refund is agreed
Approved refunds are processed through the original payment method. Your payment provider controls when funds appear. A fully refunded order no longer grants downloads; previously downloaded files are not remotely deleted.
