Luncher's icon and banner artwork

These files are derived from Android Open Source Project artwork and are licensed under the
Apache License, Version 2.0 (LICENSE-APACHE-2.0 in this folder), not Luncher's MIT license:

- the app's icon and banner: src/main/res/drawable/banner.xml, ic_launcher.xml and
  ic_launcher_foreground.xml, and the debug build's versions in src/debug/res/drawable/
- the store listing's images: ../fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/images/icon.png, tvBanner.png
  and featureGraphic.png
- the root README's banner: ../docs/images/readme-banner.png

They draw the desserts of the Android 14-17 "platform logo" (AOSP frameworks/base,
packages/SystemUI/res/drawable/android14_patch_monochrome.xml to android17_patch_monochrome.xml),
modified for Luncher: the Android robot is removed from each (the 14 cake gets sprinkles where its
head was, the 15 ice cream scoop gets a waffle cone), and the desserts are served on plates on the
screen of a TV. The lettering "Luncher" is set in Roboto (Apache License 2.0).

The notice below is the part of AOSP's frameworks/base NOTICE that covers this artwork; the rest
of that file covers other code in Android.
